It is possible the blood has entered your throat via your naso pharynx, nothing to worry about.

I used to be a heavy drinker until about 6 years ago when, after a night out on the town, I came home and vomited buckets of blood everywhere. I'm a teetotal now. So anyone who thinks alcohol is harmless, think again.

But be assured, even throwing up this amount of blood, I'm still very much alive and healthy. So don't worry yourself too much.
